Marketing Communication Specialist will report directly to Global Marketing Communication Manager.
This position will execute all activity plans of the global marketing department, and complete various promotional activities such as tradeshows. Global Marketing Communication team will focus on increasing brand awareness and brand development; assisting the marketing department in designing promotional collaterals and PR materials. This position will also coordinate all promotional activities from scratch to completion and be able to work with all departments.
Manage the execution of tradeshows, exhibitions, and marketing events to achieve departmental objectives.
Handle the logistics involved in executing each tradeshow, with procurement team, sales team product managers and outside party.
Assist with all setup tasks, promotional items order, literature, bookings, and other details if necessary.
Carefully pack and maintain company instruments after each tradeshow and event.
Coordinate the dissemination of marketing collateral and sample products to and from each tradeshow and other events.
Help to collect information from stakeholders for booth design, layout, cost estimates, and construction of exhibits and displays.
Assist in the design of external publicity materials for the International Marketing Department, including but not limited to product flyers, sell sheets, IFUs, QFI etc.
Coordinate in the establishment of the company's website development and content maintenance with IT developer and related departments.
Post and edit social media content.
Complete the tasks periodically assigned by direct report (Global MarCom Manager).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, English, Graphic Design or in related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suits( Excel, Word, PPT) Teams, SharePoint.
Familiar with Photoshop, Acrobat Suites, MailChimp.
Be able to travel and be flexible about travel requirements. (20-30%, or as needed.)
Ability to work with oversee teams on evenings and weekends, as necessary.
Be able to lift 50lbs.
